Why practice yous wait so long to eat subsequently dosing?

I read on here many people recommend waiting two to 3 hours later taking the dose to eat, on height of already having an empty tummy. How is it possible that it takes 2 to iii hours for the body to absorb phenibut from the GI tract?

If I take phenibut shut to food I don't actually feel it. Just for me like an hour or so either direction is fine. The emptier my stomach the faster and better I feel the effects. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've never tried the high fatty low protein affair though. I program on it though. I exercise agree with the staggered dosing besides, for maximum effect.

I e'er took the phenibut with lemon juice. I feel similar that made the surround acidic plenty and potentiated it a little extra… simply my feel.

I believe it's the other way around; wait 2-3h after eating to dose phenibut and expect 1h after dosing phenibut to consume. That's how I always exercise it and works like clockwork. 👌

Honestly I don't notice also much of a difference. And Phenibut is not so easy on the tummy and so I'd rather accept something in there. To each their own

I had a similar problem a few months back. I drink pretty often, (whispers)I'yard an alcoholic, and I adult what I believe was an ulcer or gastritis. I learned that I was far from the only person who developed stomach issues with HCL.
